This agreement, the accompanying quote, and parts list supersede
ALL VERBAL agreements.

Exhibits MUST BE ORDERED at least 12 working days in advance of the
required ship date for standard orders. We will try to accommodate a faster
turn around time, if possible.

An exhibit order can not be processed until a signed contract and deposit
is received. If an exhibit order requires delivery in under two weeks,
additional charges may be required to assure timely delivery. Shipping
and rush charges may be added to customers price if delivery date is
changed after the order has been placed.

All exhibits are sold under the following terms: a minimum 70% deposit is
required to place the order, the balance is due before shipping of hardware
orgraphics. No exhibit will be released prior to full payment of the
balance due.

All exhibits sold by DBI Creative are created expressly for each individual
customer. All graphics are not returnable. Please review the parts and
accessories description list provided with your order carefully. Once your
order is finalized and no returns will be made.

DBI Creative support all manufacturers' warranties. There is no warranty for
wear and tear. Click here for specific information on each product.

The client will be responsible for transportation of the display & graphic
materials. shipping charges are SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on actual
delivery requirements, and are ALWAYS the responsibility of the
purchaser. DBI Creative assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for timely delivery
nor damage in transit, though we will always do our best to assure delivery
of your materials.

Damage in Transit Note: All goods are shipped insured and in perfect
condition. Once the goods have left the manufacturer or producer by a
carrier that has been selected by the dealer or end-user, they become the
property of the end-user and It is the responsibility of the consignee
(end-user) to open the package(s) "The Day of Receipt" in order to inspect
the goods for damages that have occurred in transit.

If there are damages, then a claim may be filed against the carrier/courier,
with our assistance. If the goods are not opened "The Day of Receipt", and
damages are not reported at that time, we are not responsible for the
replacement of those damaged goods or any other claims of damage.

Goods that require replacement under these circumstances must be paid
for by the dealer/end-user while the carrier is investigating the claim. The
purchaser under our normal terms payment must also pay the balances of
any amounts due for the original so-called damaged goods in full.
